The enrollment rate

The quota for candidates participating in the admission shall be as follows: – 70% of the total number of seats provided in the admission to candidates from rural areas and cities, except for municipality Chisinau and Balti; – 30 % of the total number of seats for candidates from Chisinau and Balti. The place of residence of candidates is established as their permanent residence visa if, when candidate for admission has not reached the age of 16 years, residence shall be established according to the parents residence visa. It is offered 15 % of the total number of seats (each specialty), provided in the admission plan with budget financing for the following categories of candidates:

  • Orphans and children without parental care, with the statute of an orphan child;
  • disabled children in grades I and II;
  • children with physical and sensory handicaps;
  • children with one invalid parent in grade I;
  • children whose parents have participated in military action to defend the integrity and independence of Moldova, the war in Afghanistan or participant in the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl disaster;
  • children from families with four or more children;
  • Roma children;
  • young people within military service.

Candidates in this category have to present the confirming documents. Admission contest Competition for admission is based on annual average mark at four specialization subjects and average mark at final exams from the Act of studies. Registration is carried out according to the order of decreasing average marks competition (MC), calculated by rounding down to hundredths, consisting of average annual marks at 4 subjects in the field (MNDP) and average mark at the final exams (MNEA) the following formula:

MC = 0.6 * MNDP + 0.4 * MNEA 

 There were established the following specialized disciplines:

  • language of studies, foreign language, mathematics and informatics for specialties: Computer Science, Accounting, Finance;
  • language of studies, foreign language, mathematics and history  for specialties: Secretariat and Written Affairs, Tourism.

Required Documents:

  1. Act of studies (original): secondary education certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree certificate/ certificate of general secondary education (underline);
  2. 6 color photos (3 × 4);
  3. Medical certificate form 086-E, released in the year of admission;
  4. ID (xerox) 2 copies;
  5. Copy (xerox) of ID of a parent;
  6. Certificate of pre-military or military ID (xerox) for boys;
  7. Diplomas certifying the candidate’s participation in various competitions, Olympics organized by the Ministry of Education;

Admission to college is made ​​on a competitive basis under Regulation of admission to colleges, elaborated or amended each year by the Ministry of Education. Number of enrolled budget financed students and students who pay tuition fee is regulated by the plan issued by the Ministry of Education. Average competition mark for holders of secondary school certificate will be calculated using the following formula:

MC = 0.6 * MNDP + 0.4 * average mark of general secondary education certificate
